Athos is The smartest pair of underwear you’ll ever see.

Athos, a California startup, developed the first smart training garment that uses Electromyography (EMG) to measure muscular effort and efficiency. Paired with a mobile app, the Athos training garment helps consumers, Division 1 and professional athletes, and Department of Defense soldiers maximize training performance and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries (MSI).

HOW IT WORKS

The Athos smart training undergarment has integrated EMG sensors which display real-time muscle activity via a mobile app. The app offers goal-oriented training programs and uses AI for personalized coaching and actionable insights, helping users optimize performance and prevent injuries.
